Soulful Caribbean Pork -Made In Idaho :)

  1. I use a big electric roaster. Cook and Carry!
  2. Set at 350-400 degrees (Set on roast )
  3. Melt butter
  4. Cube pork loins and brown.
  5. add:
  6. Cubed potatoes
  7. slivered sweet potato
  8. halved, sliced carrot
  9. diced peppers, onions, apple
  10. sliced Basque chorizo mix all together with:
  11. Dash of garlic salt and ginger to taste
  12. 2 TBspoon minced garlic
  13. 1/2 cup or more sweet chili sauce
  14. Pineapple (juice and all)
  15. Carribean jerk. Add water to jerk bottle and add to pan. Roast until meat and vegetables are done. Delicious on its own or served with rice and green onions
