Barbecue Chicken

  1. Combine all ingredients except chicken and simmer at low heat about 1 hour.
  2. Two pound chickens are recommended.
  3. Quarter or cut into pieces.
  4. Brush pieces thoroughly with sauce.
  5. Place on the grill, turning and brushing every five minutes.
  6. Grill for approximately 20 to 25 minutes depending on size of pieces.
  7. To test for doneness, twist the drumstick if thigh joint moves easily, it is done.
