Coriander Sauce With Fresh Cheese
- 500 grs. of Fresh Cheese
- 2 eggs
- To bread use bread crumbs or cracker crumbs.
- Olive oil (any other can be use)
- Coriander sauce
- Half of a big onion or 1 regular size
- 1 small tomatoe
- 1 garlic head
- 1 bunch of coriander
- 1 cup of water
- Take de Fresh Cheese and slice into pieces of half inch thick.
- To bread, beat the 2 eggs with a little milk.
- Spread the bread crumbs into a plain plate.
- Heat a pan and a olive oil.
- Take every slice of cheese and dip into the beaten eggs then move the cheese to the plate and make sure the bread crumbs fill all the piece of cheese then fry it with olive oil.
- To make de coriander sauce:
- Blend all the ingredients and add salt.
- Heat the sauce a little into a pan without oil just heat.
- Serve the cheese and put on top the hot sauce,garnish with a coriander leaf.
