Spaghetti With Spicy Meat Sauce

  1. Cook pasta according to package. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Brown Ground Beef, Onion and Garlic. Drain fat from skillet when browned. Add Cayenne Pepper and Chili Powder to meat and stir.
  2. In a sauce pan add meat to jarred Spaghetti Sauce and Red Wine. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Stir in Milk, Salt and Pepper and continue at a simmer for and additional 5 minutes. Serve over pasta.
