Cheese Ball (For Halloween)

• 2 (8 oz)Philly cream cheese
• 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
• 1 bunch green onions, chopped
• 1 tsp. paprika
• 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
• cracked black pepper
• 3-4 black olives, (for spider's eyes & mouth)

1. Let cream cheese come to room temperature.
2. Combine all ingredients in a medium glass bowl.
3. Mix well.
4. Shape into a ball; roll in nuts and black pepper.
5. Black pipe cleaners or black licorice twists can also be used to create the Spiders legs, and black olives can be used for his eyes and mouth for a more realistic looking spider.
6. Note, You can cut the black olives in half, then add a marachino cherry into the center whole of the olive to make the spider look more menacing.
7. Serve with crackers.
