- 1 OR 2 SM CANS OF WHITE BEANS (OPTIONAL)
- BEANS MUST BE DRAINED
- 2TBSP CHOPPED FRESH GARLIC
- 1 MED SM DICED ONION
- 1 BOX OF CHICKEN STOCK
- 1 BUNCH OF SPINACH
- 1/4 BOX OF MINI FARFALLE PASTA
- IN SOUP POT BROWN SAUSAGE..(DRAIN ANY
- GREASE) ADD GARLIC AND ONION. COOK TIL
- ONION AND GARLIC ARE AT GLAZED STAGE.
- ADD BOTH CANS OF TOMATOES WITH THEIR
- JUICE AND STIR WELL...
- ADD BEANS TO POT ALONG WITH 1 BOX OR
- 32 OZ. CHICKEN BROTH, SPINACH AND PRECOOKED PASTA.
- STIR WELL...SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE....
- MMMMMMM DELICIOUS!
- COOK RICE ...SET IT ASIDE
- CHOP GARLIC...SET ASIDE
- CHOP ONION ..SET ASIDE
- OPEN CANS OF TOMATOES
- OPEN CANS OF BEANS & DRAIN
- WASH SPINACH.. REMOVE STEMS & CHOP
- ONCE OR TWICE
