Simple Sesame Noodles
- 12-16 ounces Thin Noodles, Cook & Drained
- AA1/4 cup Soy Sauce (can use low sodium)
- 2 tbsp sugar (can use brown sugar)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (3 tbsp of pre-minced)
- 2 tbsp apple cider or rice vinegar
- 6 tbsp canola oil (recipe calls for 4 tbsp)
- 3 tbsp sesame oil*

- Cook and drain thin noodles. I bring 7 cups of water, 3 tbsp sea salt, 2 tbsp olive oil to a boil at high heat for 12 minutes. Decrease heat to low heat and add thin noodles. Cook for 10-12 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a non-metal bowl mix AA1/4 cup of soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 3 tbsp minced garlic, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 6 tbsp canola oil, and 1 tsp hot chili oil. Once mixture is homogenized set aside.
- Thinly slice green onion and set aside.
