Barbecue Chicken Pasta Salad With Lime And Sour Cream

  1. 1. cook pasta according to directions and in the last 2 minutes add peas and corn,stirring to make sure that they dont clump together
  2. 2. drain pasta then transfer to a rimmed pasta sheet. spread into an even layer to dry
  3. 3. pull apart chicken meat, chop large pieces into bite size pieces
  4. 4. in large bowl,wisk together barbacue sauce, hot sauce and lime juice. add chicken and toss to coat
  5. 5. in a second large bowl combine the sour cream, pasta and vegtable mixture,celery, red onion, carrot and tomatoes. Fold in the chicken and cilantro, mixing until just combined. season with salt and pepper
