Spicy Court Bouillon

  1. Over medium low heat, cook onions, green onions, shallots and garlic until translucent, about 15 minutes. Add tomato sauce, parsley, thyme and hot sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in water and add mahi fillets -- cover pan and simmer 3-4 minutes, turn fillets and simmer an additional 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice. Serve over rice.
