Sesame Stir Fry

  1. Preheat oven 350. Combine butter, rice and broth in saucepan and cover. Allow it to come to a boil on high. turn the heat to low and let it simmer for 15 min. until liquid is absorbed.
  2. Brown sesame seed in baking pan in oven for 5 min.
  3. Put peanut oil in wok and stir fry all ingred. Put sesame oil and seeds in last and serve over rice.
