Thin Crust Pizza

  1. Combine yeast, sugar and water and let set for 10 min
  2. Combine the flour and salt
  3. Pour water/yeast mixture over flour
  4. Knead for few min and shape into ball
  5. Place in dish and find a warm place to let sit for 10 min
  6. Place pizza pan in oven and heat to 500
  7. Lay dough on floured surface and with floured rolling pin roll to desired thickness - something a bit thicker than hardcover book is just perfect for thin crust
  8. Pull out pan from oven and lay crust on the pan.
  9. Cover crust with sauce
  10. Add toppings, drizzle with olive oil, cover with cheese
  11. Place pizza pan back in oven for 10-12 minutes until cheese starts to bubble and turns slightly dark in color
