Chicken Marbella

  1. Arrange chicken thighs in a glass baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap (or glass lid) and marinate 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Remove pan from refrigerator and let rest for an hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove plastic wrap and cover with foil or glass lid. Bake for 45 minutes to one hour. (Bone-in thighs may take longer.)
