Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Cut pork into 1/2-inch chunks.
  2. Coat thoroughly with flour. Brown in skillet with oil about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir occasionally. Dissolve cornstarch in vinegar; stir in chili sauce, garlic powder and ginger.
  4. Add to pork with apricot jelly.
  5. Heat to boiling. Turn heat down.
  6. Add peppers.
  7. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  8. Stir in oranges and pineapple.
  9. Heat 2 minutes more.
