Cheese Rich Bean Dip

  1. Cream cream cheese and sour cream in a mixer.
  2. Add tabasco sauce and taco sauce.
  3. Stir in the beans and the cheese by hand. It will get very thick. Add as much cheese as you like (up to 2 cups each), but reserve enough to sprinkle a nice layer on top.
  4. Put in serving casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
  5. Serve immediately with sturdy tortilla chips for dipping (or assorted crudites if preferred).
  6. Or, transfer baked contents to a crock pot to keep heated for a longer time.
  7. If desired, provide small plates on the side so that each person can scoop a portion onto the plate.
