Queso Pasta
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup Onion (diced)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
- 2 1/2 cups Macaroni
- 1 can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 can Mexicorn (drained)
- 1 can Tomatoes diced with chilis
- 1 cup Salsa
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Queso Dip
- 1 cup Cheese ( mexican blend grated)
- 1. Heat pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and scramble. ( 4 - 6 minutes)
- 2. Add onion, garlic, corn, tomatoes and taco seasoning. Cook and additional 3 minutes.
- 3. Stir in macaroni with broth. Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
- 4. Remove from heat and stir in queso dip, slasa, and shredded cheese. Cover and let sit 2 - 3 minutes.
