Lots Of Noodles Lasagna

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain.
  2. Spoon into a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Place cream cheese in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl; microwave at High 30 to 50 seconds.
  4. Add cottage cheese and sour cream; stir well.
  5. Spread mixture over noodles.
  6. Crumble beef into a microwave-safe colander.
  7. Place in a 9-inch pie plate.
  8. Cover with wax paper; microwave at High 5 to 7 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Stir after 3 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  10. Cover tightly with heavy-duty plastic wrap; fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape.
  11. Microwave at High 8 to 10 minutes, giving dish a half turn after 4 minutes.
  12. Yields 6 servings.
