Big Soft Sugar Cookies

- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 cupstugar
- 2 ttEggs
- 1 cupttCanola Oil
- 1 cupttButtermilk
- 1 tsp.ttBaking Soda
- 3 tsp.ttBaking Powder
- 1/2 tspttSalt
- 2 tsp.ttVanilla
- 3 cupsttFlour
- DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0. In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and oil. Beat in one egg at a time until fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set Aside.
- To the egg mixture beat in the buttermilk and vanilla and add the flour mixture to it. Mix until just blended.
- Spoon 1 tbls. of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with sugar. Let cool down for a few minutes before removing from pan.
