Steak Salad With Black Pepper/Blue Cheese Bites

  1. For Vinaigrette: In a blender, mix red wine vinegar, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
  2. Once combined, slowly add olive oil while blender is on until emulsified.
  3. In a small bowl, crush the croccantini and stir in blue cheese until coated.
  4. In a bowl, combine the romaine and arugula, and toss with 1/4 cup of the dressing.
  5. To serve, top salad with sliced steak, blue cheese bites, and broken Croccantnini and enjoy!
