Romaine Lettuce And Basil Salad
- Organic romaine lettuce
- 3-4 green onions
- 1/2 can organic garbanzo beans
- 2-3 organic tomatoes
- 2-3 organic mozzarella cheese sticks
- 4-5 fresh Basil leaves
- 1/2 C organic raw pumpkin seeds
- Bake the raw pumpkin seeds in 325 oven for approximately 15 minutes.
- Remove the spine from the lettuce and wash and spin dry. Place several leaves on top of each other, roll up, and thinly slice.
- Wash and thinly slice green onions (include the greens).
- Rinse, drain, and chop garbanzo beans.
- Wash and chop tomatotes.
- Slice the mozzarella cheese into small bite-sized pieces.
- Wash, dry, roll up, and slice basil leaves.
- Add pumpkin seeds to top of salad.
- Lightly top with your favorite salad dressing.
