Romaine Lettuce And Basil Salad

  1. Bake the raw pumpkin seeds in 325 oven for approximately 15 minutes.
  2. Remove the spine from the lettuce and wash and spin dry. Place several leaves on top of each other, roll up, and thinly slice.
  3. Wash and thinly slice green onions (include the greens).
  4. Rinse, drain, and chop garbanzo beans.
  5. Wash and chop tomatotes.
  6. Slice the mozzarella cheese into small bite-sized pieces.
  7. Wash, dry, roll up, and slice basil leaves.
  8. Add pumpkin seeds to top of salad.
  9. Lightly top with your favorite salad dressing.
