Mom'S Out Of Town Casserole

• 16 oz. small egg noodles
• 20 oz. frozen spinach
• 2 lb. ground chuck
• 12 oz. tomato paste
• 2 tsp. Worcestershire
• 2 onions, chopped
• 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
• salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp. oregano
• 12 oz. creamed cottage cheese
• 8 oz. cream cheese
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 2 sticks butter, melted
• dash of Tabasco (optional)

1. Boil noodles; drain and rinse.
2. Cook spinach and drain.
3. Brown meat and drain.
4. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt and oregano to meat.
5. Mix well.
6. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and onions.
7. Grease two 2-quart casseroles.
8. Layer ingredients in this order: noodles, butter, cheese mixture, spinach, noodles, butter and meat layer on top.
9. Sprinkle 1/2 cup grated cheese on each casserole.
10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes or until bubbly.
11. Freezes well.
12. Serves 10 to 12.
