Chicken Bites

  1. Marinade
  2. Wisk together marinade ingredients.
  3. Cut and place strips in marinade in the fridge for one hour.
  4. Place coconut and sesame seeds in dry pan and toast until golden brown.
  5. Transfer to shallow dish and let cool.
  6. Add bread crumbs, salt, onion and garlic powder, cayenne pepper and mix well.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Sauce
  9. Prepare sauce by combining all ingredients in small pot.
  10. Cook over medium heat until bubbly.
  11. Keep warm.
  12. Chicken
  13. Preheat oven to 450
  14. Shake excess marinade and roll chicken strips in crumbs.
  15. Place on greased pan and spray with cooking spray.
  16. Bake for 6 minutes.
  17. Remove flip spray again and cook for 4 additional minutes or until lightly browned.
  18. Serve strips with sauce.
  19. Enjoy.
