Teriyaki Chicken Bowl

  1. Cook rice and set aside
  2. Preheat Wok over medium heat with 1/4 cup water
  3. Add in Red and Yellow Pepper
  4. Garlic, Celery, Carrots and cook until tender
  5. Once cooked, place in bowl until needed
  6. Steam Broccoli and Bok Choy until crisp and tender - set aside
  7. Place 1/4 cup sesame oil into wok and heat
  8. add chicken and cook until lightly browned
  9. Add in all veggies and stir
  10. Now add Teriyaki Sauce and stir adding in uncooked green onion
  11. Once mixed, remove from heat
  12. Fill meal bowls with rice and top with either Sweet Chili Sauce or Spicy Yogurt Sauce
  13. Top that with Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry
  14. Garnish with Chopped Cilantro and Red Wine Cabbage
  15. Fantastic!
