Granola Bars
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup oat bran
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup chopped nuts
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla
- 1/2 cup canola or olive oil
- 2 cups honey
- 1 egg
- 4 mashed bananas
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup powdered milk
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. good vanilla
- 1 heaping Tbsp. stenia powder
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 2 cups oat bran
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- Blend 2nd bowl with 1st bowl and mix well.
- Spoon into paper lined muffin tins and bake at 325 for about 45 minutes.
- Makes 2 dozen.
