Zucchini Lasagna
- 2 lts bechamel sauce(5 tbs butter
- 50 grs flour
- 1 very brunoise onion
- skim milk
- salt/black peper at taste
- 1 chicken no skin(1.5 kilos)
- 359 grs mozzarela chesse
- 100 grs parmesan chesse
- 4 tbs butter
- 1 carrot
- 1 white onion
- 1 peper bell
- 3 peeled cloves of garlic
- 10 sweet little chile(guindilla)
- 1 celery.
- 7 zucchini, cut it longitudinal(1mm) boil it, put it apart; the chicken ragu:
- boil the chicken,reserv the broth, schredded it, sweet little chile(aji), bell pepper, white onion, garlic, carrot, celery,(all very, very brunoise),put them to simmer until the broth has evaporated. in a grease pan, at the bottom, put bechamel and over it a layer of boil zucchini, over this the chicken ragu and a top of mozzarela chesse, again the bechamel, the zucchini, the chicken,(4 layer of zucchini) the last top it with mozzarela chesse, chunks of butter and parmesan chesse to grated in the oven at 180 C for 30 minutes or until golden. good apetite!
