Fusion Indian And Thai Cheesy Tomato And Basil Sauce With Penne
- 1 1/2 cup penne pasta
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 1/2 cups blanched tomatoes
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- A pinch of white pepper
- A pinch of Indian chicken masala
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of dried chili pepper
- A pinch of garam masala
- 1.teat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2.took garlic in oil until soft.
- 3.tdd tomatoes, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4.tdd the shrimp and stir.
- 5.tix in cooked penne pasta. Then, stir in mozzarella cheese until it melted and spreads out.
- 6.tdd the fresh basil. Stir.
- 7.tdd all the spices (chicken, garam and chilli masala), pepper and salt to taste. Stir for a few minutes.
