Baked Chicken

  1. Place chicken in tightly covered baking dish.
  2. Combine 3/4 cream, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and seasoned salt; mix well. Pour over chicken and cover.
  3. Marinate 3 hours or overnight.
  4. Put flour in plastic bag.
  5. Put chicken in and coat well.
  6. In bowl, beat 2 large eggs with 1/2 cup cream.
  7. In another bowl put corn flake crumbs with garlic and basil.
  8. Melt butter in large casserole dish. Take chicken from flour; coat well in eggs and roll in corn flake crumbs.
  9. Place chicken in casserole dish; cover and bake at 300u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Remove; cover chicken with onion and bell pepper. Add 1 cup water and cover; cook 20 minutes more.
