Steak And Pepper Hoagies
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
- 1 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1 1/2 green bell pepper
- White button mushrooms
- 6 medium hoagie rolls
- Your choice of sliced cheese
- Worcestershire sauce
- A1 steak sauce
- Combine seasoning (minus salt). Add oil to mix. Rub on steak and transfer to a plastic bag. Refrigerate 4 hours or over night.
- Grill steak for two minutes on each side and transfer to a plate. Loosely cover plate with aluminum foil.
- Saute veggies in same pan as the meat. Season to taste.
- Transfer meat back into the pan with the veggies and add worcestershire sauce (to taste).
- Assemble hoagie rolls. Place under broiler to melt cheese. Serve
