Deviled Eggs

  1. Place eggs in a med. sauce pan and add enough water to cover eggs. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in how water for 10-12 min. Remove one from water, peel and slice in half. Use one egg to test for yolk to be well done. Remove remainder of eggs if hard boiled. Peel and cut eggs in half. Remove yolks. In a bowl mix mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, horseradish, mustard. Mix well. Add egg yolks and blend with above mixture. Place in egg yolk mixture into the white halves. Garnish with salt, pepper and sprinkle paprika on top.
  2. Place in egg dish and chill until ready to serve.
