Rich Mac N Cheese

- targe Elbow Macaroni
- tggs
- tutter /Salted /unsalted
- tarlic & Herb seasoning w/o salt
- tawry's Garlic Salt
- t quart of Half & Half or Milk
- t can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
- tlive oil ( garlic if u have it)
- Cheese
- 1/2 cup of each
- Cheddar Cheese Sharp
- Limburger
- Monterey Jack
- Colby
- Brie
- Muenster
- If u can find them grated great. If not use a little elbow grease and grate it yourself. (That's fun)
- Cooking & Prep.
- Cooking the macaroni: follow mauf. Direction
- Add few drops of olive oil to water and dash of garlic salt.
- Get large baking pan, grease it or Pam it.
- In a large mix'n bowl mix Grated Cheese and Macaroni except the Muenster cheese.
- In a large blender add your wet ingredients.
- 2 cups of half & half
- 2 eggs
- 1 can of cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 Tsp. of Lawry's garlic salt
- 2 Tsp. of Garlic & Herb seasoning w/o salt
- Melt 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter add to mixture
- Add a few dashes of black pepper
- Blend on high for a min.
- Set to the side
- In your large baking pan add your Macaroni and Cheese mixture
- Slice stick of salted butter over mixture.
- Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Add blended mixture to Mac & cheese
- On top add your Muenster Cheese and what ever cheese u have left over.
- Bake in oven for about 35 min. or until edges are nice an brown all ovens are different so please check make sure center is done stick a fork in it make sure it comes out dry. Let stand for 10 min. serve
