Cranberry Margaritas
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup tequila
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 1 cup cranapple juice
- 1 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1/4-1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups ice
- Place lime juice, tequila, triple sec, cranapple juice, cranberries and 1/4 cup of sugar in a mixer and blend.
- Put 2 cups of ice into blender and blend until ice is mush.
- Taste and then add a litle sugar at a time to desired taste. At more or less the same time also add more ice to get it to the consistency desired which should be like slush. Makes about 6 glasses.
- Take Margarita glasses (wine glasses work as well) and run a used lime around the rim, and then dip in a pile of sugar to get sugar coating the rim of the glass.
- Pour in cranberry margaritas and add a couple cranberries to the top for garnish.
