Vegetarian Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. On stove, melt butter over medium/low heat
  3. Cook sausage and crumble
  4. Mix sausage, onion and celery. Cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Mix in chestnuts, pecans, parsley, cilantro, sage and 1/2 cup broth. Cook for ~1 min.
  6. Add bread or stuffing mix and 1 1/2 cup broth.
  7. Add pepper.
  8. Stir well and put in oven for 30 mins covered (halfway at 15 mins -- remove cover).
