Clam Dip

  1. Melt butter in deep skillet and saute onion and garlic for a few minutes. Add parsley and oregano. Slowly stir in bread crumbs, clams, clam juice, lemon juice and Tabasco. Pour mixture into 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish. Fold in Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serve with chips.
