New Mexico Posole

  1. Heat oil and saute onions, chiles, garlic, chili pwd., cornstarch, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper. Saute for 2 to 3 min.
  2. Add remaining ingred. and cook on med heat for 3 to 5 min. Reduce heat and simmer 4 to 5 min. Adjust salt and pepper to taste
