Confetti Refrigerator Dessert
- 1 pkg. Betty Crocker confetti Angel Food cake mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. chilled whipping cream
- 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- Bake and cool cake as directed on package.
- Tear cake into about 1-inch pieces.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally until smooth and creamy.
- Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff.
- Gently fold whipped cream, cherries and marshmallows into cream cheese mixture.
- Toss cake pieces and cream cheese mixture. Turn into 2-quart casserole.
- Refrigerate until set, about 8 hours.
- Refrigerate any remaining dessert.
- Makes 12 to 16 servings.
