Grilled Bison (Or Lamb) Burgers W. Stuffed Black Peppercorn Feta Cheese/2 Suggested Sides.

  1. BISON:
  2. Prepare half pound Bison Burgers Stuff with Black Peppercorn Feta Cheese/Rub Lemon Pepper.
  3. Rub all sides gently with Organic Cold Pressed Olive Oil/touch of real lime juice then grill/let rest for the incredible juices to pop out.
  4. Simple but incredibly delicious /healthy you don't even need the buns.
  5. Keep in mind Bison is very healthy with fantastic flavor but since there's little fat rub each pattie with the above noted Olive Oil seals in the natural juices/ Lime tenderizes the Bison.
  6. FRENCH CUT HOMEMADE POTATOES:
  7. White/Gold Baking Potatoes French Cut. Sprinkle generous Olive Oil/Fresh Garlic Chopped
  8. Minced Chives/Bake 375-400 until tender.
  9. SWEET POTATOES:
  10. Sweet Potatoes Washed/Pat Dry.
  11. Rub with Organic NoSalt Irish Butter generously/ Sprinkle Lemon Pepper. Bake 400 for 45-60 Minutes (Soft when squeezed).
  12. Remove from oven make length slice on top with small horizontal top cut/ add orange butter/ candied Pecans.
  13. CANDIED PECANS:
  14. Melt butter toss with pecans line on baking sheet sprinkle with Sugar In The Raw/Grade A Maple Syrup/Bake 325 until lighly toasted. Keep watch this magic happens quickly!
