Sausage Casserole
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Sausage Casserole Seasoning
- Beef Stock
- 1 x Chopped Onion
- 3 x Garlic Cloves
- 2 x Caspium Peppers
- 1 x small tub of brown mushrooms
- 4 x sliced Carrots
- 1 x tub of off the Vine small tomatoes
- 4 x Potatoes
- 6 x beef sausages
- 4 bits of pancetta sausage chopped into small bits
- 1/2 Chorizo Sausage
- - Boil the potatoes until half cooked
- - Fry the onions and garlic and add the sausgages until browned with the Chorizo and Pancetta
- - Fry / grill the remaining vegetables seperately until half cooked
- - add the Olive oil to the caeesrole dish
- - Cut the potatoes into thick slices
- - layer the casserole dish with the potatoes, then the meat, then the vegetables, then again, the potatoes, meat, and vegetables. (seasoning with salt and sausage seasoning while going along)
- - Add one can of chopped tomatoes
- - Add the beef stock
- - Turn the oven to 180 degrees celsius and place the lid on the casserole dish in the oven and let it bake for about an hour and 15 minutes
