Classic Broccoli And Rice Casserole

  1. Saute onion and celery in olive oil until softened. Add broccoli and saute until broccoli is tender.
  2. Boil rice in 2 cups water 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  3. Combine soups and cheese and stir until well blended. Combine broccoli mixture, rice and sauce in large casserole dish. Top with grated cheddar cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
