Tilapia And Sweet Pepper Lettuce Wrap Tacos

  1. Tilapia:
  2. Heat oil and then add Fish. Sprinkle Garlic and Herb Chicken seasoning along with cayenne pepper (use sparingly) on both sides of fish. Saute for approximately 3 minutes per side.
  3. Vegetables:
  4. Clean and chop all vegetables
  5. Saute vegetables with oil and Mrs. Dash seasoning.
  6. Use the lettuce in place of the tacos. Fill the lettuce as you would a taco shell add fish, vegetables, rice and salsa.
