Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. Allow cream cheese to come to room temp. Cream together mayonnaise, parmesan, romano, garlic, basil, and garlic salt. Mix well. Add the artichoke hearts and spinach, mixing until evenly blended. Store in a container until you are ready to use. Spray pan/casserole dish with cooking spray(Pam), pour in dip mixture and top with mozzarella. Bake at 350 for 25min. or until top is browned. Serve with sliced baguette or blue corn chips.
