Black Bean Turkey Chili

  1. Heat oil in a dutch oven or large pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir in onion, jalapeno and garlic; saute until onion is translucent.
  3. Add seasonings and continue to saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add turkey and stir until meat is browned.
  5. Add beans, tomatoes, and vinegar. Add reserved liquid from beans as desired.
  6. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
  7. Adjust seasonings and serve with corn bread.
