Spaghetti Casserole

  1. Heat oil and brown meat until just done.
  2. Add onion, garlic, green pepper, celery, tomatoes, bay leaves, oregano and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Cover and simmer 3 hours.
  4. During the last half hour, add the olives and mushrooms.
  5. Cook spaghetti according to directions.
  6. Rinse and drain.
  7. Place spaghetti in a large shallow baking dish or casserole.
  8. Cover with sauce and bake at 325u0b0 about 1 hour.
  9. Serves 10 to 14.
