Quick Lasagne
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce without meat
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella
- Brown meat in a large skillet; drain well.
- Stir in next 5 ingredients; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Layer noodles and then sauce and cottage cheese until all are used up.
- Finish up with Mozzarella on top.
- Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes, until well heated.
- Let stand about 10 minutes, then serve.
- Yield:
- 6 servings.
