Quick Lasagne

  1. Brown meat in a large skillet; drain well.
  2. Stir in next 5 ingredients; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  4. Layer noodles and then sauce and cottage cheese until all are used up.
  5. Finish up with Mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes, until well heated.
  7. Let stand about 10 minutes, then serve.
  8. Yield:
  9. 6 servings.
