Bobby'S Clam Oregano Dip
- 6 cans Minced Clams
- 4 tablespoons Squeezed Lemon Juice
- 2 pieces Sweet Onions - chopped
- 1 piece Green Pepper - chopped
- 2 cloves Fresh Garlic - chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley - chopped
- 1/2 pound Melted Butter
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 tablespoon Tabasco Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Saute the onion, green pepper, garlic, parsley & oregano in melted butter over low heat for 8-10 minutes. Add clams and heat for 4 minutes. Add bread crumbs, spices, lemon juice until the mixture is the consistency of oatmeal. Place in large pie dish and cover with cheese and dash paprika Bake at 350 for 20 min. Serve with crackers
