Chocolate Cake

  1. 1. Combine all dry ingredients in mixer
  2. 2. Add rest of ingredients. Beat at medium for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin
  3. 3. Pour into pan (9x13 or two 9" pans)
  4. 4. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 min for 9x13 or 30-35 min for layer pans.
  5. 5. Combine frosting ingredients & spread on cooled cakes.
