Chocolate Cake
- 1 3/4 cup AP Flour
- 2 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Black Coffee
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Chocolate Frosting:
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 oz melted Unsweetened Chocolate
- 3 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1. Combine all dry ingredients in mixer
- 2. Add rest of ingredients. Beat at medium for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin
- 3. Pour into pan (9x13 or two 9" pans)
- 4. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 min for 9x13 or 30-35 min for layer pans.
- 5. Combine frosting ingredients & spread on cooled cakes.
