Barb'S Cheesey Chicken Spahgetti
- 3 pounds of chicken breast
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons of oleo
- 2 stocks of celery
- 2 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 2 ounce jar of pimientos
- 1 26 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 pound of Velveeta cheese
- 1 pound of spahgetti
- Cube chicken and cook in skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Dice celery, green peppers, and onion then saute with oleo in sauce pan.
- Bring large pot of water to boil and add spahgetti, cook 10 minutes.
- In glass bowl, mix cubed Velveeta cheese and cream of chicken soup, milk, and melt together in microwave.
- Mixed all ingedients together and add pimientos.
- Spray a 9x13 inch pan with Pam.
- Add mixture to pan and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
- Yum. Yum.
