Lasagna With Mushrooms(Serves 8)

  1. In large saucepan, brown meat; pour off fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion is tender.
  3. Stir in tomato juice, mushrooms, tomato paste and seasonings.
  4. Cover.
  5. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
