Layered Crab Taco Dip
- 2 cans (6oz each)lump crab meat-drained
- 2 green onions minced
- 1/2 c diced cucumber
- 1/2 c diced red onion
- 1 medium tomato chopped
- 2 Tbs minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 1/4 c orange juice
- salt and ground pepper
- 2 pkgs 8oz cream cheese
- 1/4 c mayo
- 2 avocado peeled, seeded and diced or mashed
- Tortilla chips to serve
- In a glass bowl combine crabmeat, green onions, cuke, red onion, tomato and parsley.
- In a small bowl combine juices, stir into crabmeat mixture..s&p to taste. cover and refrigerate at least 6 hrs.
- Combine cream cheese and mayo blending well. spread mixture over bottom of serving platter
- (pie plate)spread avocado over cream cheese. drain crab mixture pressing out as much moisture as possible
