Mushrooms Stuffed With Sausage

  1. preheat oven to 400
  2. remove mushroom stems and discard
  3. place mushroom caps on foiled lined baking sheet
  4. remove sausage from casing
  5. in a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat, the drain
  6. in a bowl, combine cream cheese, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic until smooth
  7. combine cream cheese mixture and sausage
  8. fill each cap with the mixture
  9. sprinkle with parmesan cheese
  10. bake for 14-16 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and browned
