Zippy Corned Beef Salad

  1. Combine beef, potatoes, pickles, onions, egg and olive.
  2. In another bowl, combine mustard, oil, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper.
  3. Pour over beef mixture; toss.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours.
  5. Serve beef mixture on salad greens torn into bite size pieces.
  6. Sprinkle cheese over top before serving.
