Curly Roni Salad
- Dressing:
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 4 teas dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 1/4 teas pepper
- 1 Tbsp accent
- 4 Tbsp parsley flakes
- Salad:
- 2-8 ounce pkgs curly roni
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 cup green or black olives, sliced
- Heat vinegar and sugar to dissolve the sugar. Let cool before adding other ingredients.
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a quart jar and let stand overnight. Cook curly roni according to pkg directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine noodles and vegetables. Shake dressing well and pour over noodles. /blend and let stand overnight.
